Omschrijving Purpose of the job:
Design, development, execution, and maintenance of training programs that addresses business and quality assurance needs in order to be compliant with procedures, corporate mission statement, as well as applicable regulations to ensure operational excellence.

Project(s) will be assigned to the manager based on the needs of the organization. Each project will follow the core activities described below:
Need analysis; Consults with the appropriate management to address compliance and business goals and ways to achieve these goals by development of training programs and development of activities. Evaluates efficiency existing processes programs for the assigned project(s).
Design of training programs; Is responsible for the design and maintenance of course curriculum modules and overall training techniques of the assigned project(s). Designs custom courses to address specific organizational needs. Adapts US compliance material to EU and local (country) standards and organizes training for local trainers.
Execution; Develops and maintains a training matrix and training schedule to determine who needs to be trained on what and when. Executes part(s) of training if required.
Third party management; Is responsible for contracting and monitoring third parties in the field of compliance training and education. Contributes to requests for proposals and advises on service agreements. Reviews third parties proposals, reviews and controls the performance of third parties.

Gezocht profiel Higher educational level/Academic level
3 - 5 years experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry in the field of Clinical Research
Knowledge of current regulatory compliance requirements, specifically (ICH)-GCP
Work experience in training and education is an additional bonus
Proven project management experience
Excellent communication skills (gathering information, listening) and fluent in spoken and written English
