HBO working and thinking level
3-6 years experience in C&B positions
experience with HR systems PeopleSoft
seasoned professional with a proven track record
requires in-depth knowledge and experience
uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues toimprove products or services
solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
works independently, receives minimal guidance
acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may direct the work ofother staff members
represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even untilretirement
